Welcome to the MSECCA Online Donation Service
This service will allow Maine state employees, Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) employees, and Maine Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) employees, to make a charitable donation, either through payroll deduction, by cash/check or with a credit card.
Before you get started you may wish to review the list of charities that MSECCA has provided in the Donor Guide.
The campaign begins September 1, 2023 and ends in early December.
Who can use this service?
- Maine state employees
- FAME employees
- PERS employees
The MSECCA application is currently inactive.
What you will need:
- Your TAMS ID number (state employees) or your Employee ID number (FAME & PERS employees).
- A valid credit card if paying with a Visa or Mastercard
- A printer for your receipt
