Change of Address Online Service

Welcome to the Change of Address Online Service

This service allows a noncommercial clerk or noncommercial registered agent to change their registered office address or for an authorized person of a foreign entity (organized outside of Maine) to change their principal or home office address. This service does not provide a means to change the person who is the clerk or registered agent.

If you need to change the person who is the clerk or registered agent, do not make any changes to the address and contact the Secretary of State's office at (207) 624-7752.

The filing fee for the change of address will be calculated and displayed on the "edit" page. Alert: You will be charged to make an address change, so if you need to change the person who is the clerk or registered agent after, you will be charged for an additional filing.
