ELLSWORTH ONLINE DONATIONS now accepts online donations EMERGENCY FUEL AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH FOR KIDS.

• Donations can be made through this service using a major credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express).
• This service makes it possible for you to donate online using your debit or credit card.
• This service is provided by a third-party working in partnership with the State of Maine.
• Your donation will be applied to the program of your choice, the convenience fee will be retained by the processing company.
For the Emergency Fuel:
This fund is to assist community members with important heating fuel. These individuals and families often don’t meet the criteria for other sources of heat and will otherwise be left in the cold. The use of the fund is managed by the General Assistance Director and City Manager.
Community outreach for Kids:
This fund to assist the City in providing school supplies and holiday gifts for Ellsworth children that may otherwise go without. The City helps between 60-100 children with school and Christmas. Annually, we need about $10,000 to meet this need. Each backpack with supplies is about $70 and Christmas gifts are about $70 per child. Thank you for help in this effort.
